Medical health care team focused on family and community health * coordinates patient care in order to assess and treat injuries or illness * team includes doctors, nurse practitioners, nurses, mental health workers, dietitians, and pharmacists * seasonal flu vaccine by appointment After Hours Clinic - For patients registered with the Family Health Team * call ahead to book appointment * clinic rotates between the three sites Canadian Mental Health Association of Oxford Walk-In Clinic - Counseling services for all ages * Wed 3pm-7pm * open to the public * will provide referral for those in crisis * registration until 6pm |
